3-Day Food Diet for Weight Loss

Three days diet to lose 9 pounds weight. Believe it and do it.

Day 1:

Morning: half a grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, 2 spoons of peanut butter, 1 cup of tea noon: half of a can of tuna (preferably washed with mineral water), 1 slice of toast, 1 cup of tea evening: 2 slices of any lean meat, 10 beans (cooked in plain water), 10 diced carrots, 1 green apple, one low-fat ice cream, 1 cup of tea or coffee

Day 2:

Morning: 1 slice of cheese (large half), 2 soda crackers, 1 cup of tea Noon: half a banana, 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, 1 cup of tea Evening: 2 hot dog sausages or children’s sausages, half a green cauliflower (cooked in plain water), 10 grapes, half a low-fat ice-cream, 1 cup of tea or coffee

Day 3:

Morning: 1 green apple, 1 slice of cheese (large half), 2 soda crackers, 1 cup of tea or coffee Noon: 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, 1 cup of tea Evening: half of canned tuna (washed in mineral water), 10 grapes, half of cauliflower (cooked in white water), half of banana, low-fat ice-cream, tea
